These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the Cheswood Timbers & Laminations website and services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

• All timber products are supplied according to specifications agreed upon in quotations.

• Timber is a natural product — variations in grain, colour, and texture may occur.

• Cheswood reserves the right to amend product offerings and prices without notice.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders must be confirmed in writing (email or official order).

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit may be required before manufacturing commences.

• Full payment is required before collection/delivery unless a credit agreement exists.

4. Lead Times & Delivery

• Lead times depend on order size and production schedules.

• Delivery can be arranged regionally but remains at the customer’s cost and risk unless otherwise agreed.

• Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.

5. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom or made-to-measure items are non-refundable.

• Standard items may be returned within 7 days at the buyer’s cost, subject to inspection.

• Cancellations of confirmed orders may incur costs for materials and labour already used.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Cheswood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

• Our liability is limited to the replacement or repair of defective products supplied.
